Latitude Design Build was founded in Denver, Colorado in 2022 by a small group of architects and designers looking to engage in exciting and meaningful projects.

We specialize in residential design, for both single-family and multi-family homes, but we are also interested in other types of work.

We strive to create sustainable, place-based homes and buildings which improve quality of life and enhance the surrounding environment.

We look to site-specific materials and local vernacular traditions for inspiration, while also relying upon new high-performance building science to create thoughtful and holistically considered outcomes.
